Yea I started a cutter about a mth and a half ago, and since then I've gotten into the habit of throwing up my binge meals like 3-4 times a week. Mainly because I'm trying to stay lean for some modeling shoots.
I've never done this shit before, and I know its totally wrong, its just my easy way of not totally fucking up my diet. I get so bored of eating the same foods day in and day out. Chkn, sweet potatoes, and veggies. I my mind just goes nuts, and once I start eating something unhealthy, i go crazy and eat so much food its sick.
I don't know, do you bro's have any insight or experience with this? Anybody offer me any suggestions or anything. The obvious answer would be gain some fucking control, and realize that the modeling shit pays the bills, so eat right and don't fuck it up.
