Don't you think you'll do better by pushing hard to get back near your old levels before slowing things down?

Have you tried eliminating different carbs from your diet to see if you can narrow down the intolerance to something more specific?

The past few weeks I have been increasing slowly as I have gradually added 2 interval sprint sessions on the off days for cardio.I would rather go slow and take a few more weeks to build up then blow myself out fatigue wise.The extra cardio seems to help however and I may increase my rate of progression in coming weeks,especially on squats which have been increasing at 2.5lb a week.

With regards to my diet even complex carbs give me issues,although to a lesser extent.I think I got the rough end of the stick with regards to insulin sensitivity/nutrient partitioning,as even eating 500cal over maintainence yeilds more fat then muscle.Over the next few months I am hoping to recomp a bit while pushing up strength levels.If I cant make some progress with diet tweaks I may see a doctor and get my Test levels checked as I seem to hold lots of fat for a tall skinny guy with little natural muscle mass,but I wont dwell on it.

Overall a very good session,with increases all around.
 
Been lifting twice a week with lower volume for the past few weeks as I have been busy and was getting a bit worn down.Still managing to add weight to the bar each time,which is the overall goal.
