My friend and her sister have started today a two-week "cleansing" diet consisting only of: brown rice, vegetable, fruit, juice, and water. It seems like the lack of protein and fats would make it actually really healthy...especially since their is no point in "cleansing" as she will go back to her regular junk food as soon as she is done.
I have no idea where they got the terms for this diet, or where it came from. Does this seem healthy at all to you?
