So I did a bit more research and am finding out stuff saying that AP is better for bulking+fat loss and R-ala is better for cutting. And that AP is better when there are more carbs in the diet and R-ala is better for moderate carbs.
My goal is not really to bulk, I just want to lose as much fat now while still keeping my muscle. However it seems like AP is better when the users diet has a lot of carbs, unlike R-ala which seems to be only good on re feeds, and since I'm going to my parents for Christmas 3 weeks breaks, I want to be able to enjoy the food there ( which is high in carbs, still healthy but a lot of rice, plantain, spaghetti, bukcwheat ) without it having all the excess carbs spill over to fat ( not saying it will be a magical pill that with permit me to eat unlimited carbs, but just to at least reduce the damage you know? ). With that being said should I take R-ala or AP?
My main goal is losing body fat and gain speed/functional strength, so I do a lot HIIT, however I do a bit of bodyweight strength training/gymnastic strength training, so gaining a bit of mass AS LONG AS it comes with the strength is ok, since I do want to look ripped as fawk, just dont need the extreme bulkiness thing.
