Quitting My ECA Hydroxycut Stack...

First of all for me to develop a great feeling from the ECA i need to take more than one serving of hydroxycut,xena, whatever you name it...plus im trying to mass...so when i return to working out i will not be utilizing these anymore as my goal from 190 to 210 continues! what do you guys take be4 you go to the gym if anything? also my friend uses CarboForce by ABB dont know if any of y'all used it and liked...or heard it was good...well thanks brothers....danks

Learn to train without ephedrine in your system. I was nearly addicted to the stuff for over a year.

You're better off quitting and staying off. I believe all the side effects are being witheld from the general public for monetary reasons.
 
what side effects might u be talking about genetiking, just wondering b/c i plan on using one for the first time soona nd have done much research and dont see any real bad side effects just mainly insomnia, should i be expecting more?
 
Ephedrine has been linked to stokes, seizures, and heart failure in people under some conditions and genetically predisposed to certain ailments.

There also have been reports of nosebleeds, dizziness, fainting spells, male impotence and erectile difficulty, male pattern baldness, prostate malfunction, and anxiety disorder in some rare cases. Although many of these are linked to instances of improper usage, higher dosages, and uncycled dosing patterns, it should still concern you.

If you decide to take ephedrine start out slow and most importantly, cycle it.
 
o damn dude, you are starting to scare me, is it ok if i only use around 25 mg. ephedrine hcl, and 200 mg. caffeine twice a day for about a 10 week period?

Probably so. But I am not your doctor so don't take my word for it.

You also have to consider the hundreds of thousands of people who take ephedrine/caffeine-based supplements and have no problems whatsoever. Also, the vast majority of users have little to no side effects if taken as directed and cycled accordingly. But...

The problem I have with ephedrine is that no one can quantify the effects of the herb after several years of usage, even if cycled appropritely.

Its also alarming how vigorously these supplement manufactuers work to cover their asses when it comes to the legal implications of adverse health conditions resulting from its usage. This is understandable considering the millions of dollars they are making off ephedrine. It's my opinion that these companies know far more about what this herb does to you n the long run yet hide such information due to its marketability and profit generating potential.

More than likely you will be fine at that dosage. If you can take ephedrine for the first few weeks without incident, then your chances of falling over dead from it are pretty slim. Prolonged usage, however, seems to be the source of most of the rumors and unconfirmed side effects.

Just be careful bro. It's not as safe as they would have you believe.

I used Hydroxycut before training and also other fat burners but they made me feel terrible, after using them for about 8 months I stopped and it hasnt effected the way i train at all
