Quick question with supps to muscle build (T-Rex,Glurocell etc)

Thanks for looking in again.

Now i am 1lb away from my goal weight i want to start to looking at building muscle. I have pretty much got my routine sorted but i want to know what supps are best for this.

At the min i still want to keep taking my T-rex and PureCee as there is still a fair bit of body fat to go, is there anything from the Afstore that i can add to my next order to help me out to build muscle? Im based UK so Amplifiy is out of the question .

Just been looking around and read up on the Glurocell and Sesapure combo could i order this and drop the T-rex? or is it advised to stack all 3? As the Glurocell and Sesapure seems to do what i want, still cut some weight and manage to build muscle at the same time. Can anyone help me on this?

Since you are going to be needing to eat more, what is your diet like?
Sesapure at max dose is good for OVEReating & caloric surplus, so you can keep that, just drop the dose down to 1 cap 2-3 X a day as needed...

Keep the PureCEE for sure, and since you wanting to add size you are going to need to eat carbs & more food in general. I would look to your diet & training first to accomplish your goals ... Glurocell is always good to have on hand

There is a 'flavorless' Protein they offer which is pretty good for quick & convenient shaked Pre, During, or Post workout .. ISO AGB .. Mixes well with Gatorade

Can you post your current diet & training thoughts?

Breakfast:

8am:

Oats, semi skimmed milk, abit of splenda
1 X T-Rex
1 X Cod Liver oil
1 X Multi Vit
2 X Flaxseed

11am:

Whey Protein Shake with water

12.30pm:

2 x PurCee (on none training days)
Turkey or chicken on whole meal bread with lettuce
1 X Piece Of fruit
2 Flax seed caps
1 X T-Rex

3.15pm:

Protein Shake with water

5pm:

Pre Workout Whey Shake
1 X T-Rex
1 X Cardiobreeze
4 X PureCee

Gym time:

Training Regime 3-4 days a week (mainly 4 at the minute)

Well this is sorta all over the place, i train 2 muscle groups on each visit and abs every time i go. I try to vary them each week. The inbetween days i do 1 day heavy cardio and the others HIIT Cardio.

1 Post workout Protein Shake.


I arrive home after 8pm normally.

8pm (this varies maybe a couple of days i have peppers with a few new potatoes (small ones)) in place of the small/medium baked potatoe


2 X flax seed caps
chicken/steak/turkey/fish (varies from day to day)
Baked potatoe (small/medium)
half a cup of beans

average Daily intake:

Total: 1831
Fat: 48 431 24%
Sat: 20 180 10%
Poly: 7 67 4%
Mono: 15 131 7%
Carbs: 176 600 34%
Fiber: 26 0 0%
Protein: 186 745 42%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%



Thats basically it.


But on occasion i feel abit weak at the gym like today for example i struggled (maybe lack of carbs?). I am happy with my weight progress and since i started i know i can lift more, but for me i just dont see enough improvment in strength.

My biggest worry is putting back on weight which i know i need to do to build muscle. im off on my hols is 3 weeks for 7 days and i just dont want to put much weight on before hand.
 
Forgot to add to teh above would you drop the t-rex? if im going to use sesapure and glurocell?

Not if you need the engery along with other other benefits.... can you use cardio Breeze? Does not have appy suppressants that trex does... ay be a better option since your are having trouble eating as is... wait may be another one Im thinking about sorry ...


t-rex - stim.enegry one of them if not the best fat burner iut there (so I;ve raid ,,, NATURAL)
Sesapure - Yes, min. dose if you are bulking
Glurocell - Better utilization the carbs you do eat :)
 
I think i will stick with the T-rex for now then and leave the other 2 till a later date.

I have no prob with my appetite at all. I do ue both T-Rex and Cardiobreeze as 2 T-Rex seems a little strong for me so i take of each.
