I am on a keto diet and still at 15.5% bf - I started at around 22% bf -
I start adding in refeed/carb up days when I hit like 12% or better right?
(I know someone here mentioned I should add 100g of carbs like every 3rd day here.. forget who that was... I am starting to consider this idea very seriously as I am starting to get a little exhausted all day long and losing strength in the gym...)
