[FONT="]My question is basically about thursday and friday.. I just wanna know that when i do dips and CG bench presses on arms day, i know shoulders play a part in these movements.. but by doing these movements does it affect my shoulder progress which i worked hard for the previous day(thursday)?[/FONT]
