question on anavar for my mom

ok heres the stats, she is 51yr old and has about 40 lb. to lose, I am a personal trainer and have her eating and working out properly, the only thing I dont know about is anabolics and women, would puttting her on 10 mg. ip anavar a day be safe?
I figured anavar would be safer than an diet drug like adapex that she had good fat loss on but didnt have a work out regimen and her diet was slacking so she gained it back, it also caused high blood pressure.
She is getting back into the workout gym lifestyle slowly, shes been out of the game for a while due to a back injury, but she's ready to go now.

I know some of you nice women on here can help her out:D

thanks,

give here some gh if she can afford it - that's how i plan to grow old :p

i'd use t3 w/ the anavar, but i don't know about any of the possible menopause issues either.

Is she on low carbs all the time?? Can you post a sample diet..she should try rotating carbs..going low carb all the time is not the answer for her....I can almost assure you she will not always eat like that...it is not realistic for most people. Diet alone can get her down 40lbs..taking anavar is not the solution and I would not for that simple reason...some consistency in her training and diet will get her there..IN TIME...be patient. I would also not even think of putting her on IP anavar either...risk of being something else is high and there is no room for error...Anavar will not help her lose weight...its not a diet pill...

a 51 year old , sedentary women with kids on STEROIDS.........i thought i saw it all when i came to this board... now this.....

Since you are a personal trainer YOU should be able to guide her with training and diet:rolleyes: to assist her with fat/weight loss.

OUCH! Have you taken the ACE exam? It ain't easy. It's pretty thorough & it is well-respected. There are certainly morons with an ACE cert, and there are also morons with Bachelor's degrees. Heck, there are morons with MD's!!!

Aaanyway... ditto to what New@ said.

ACE is a joke in my opinion i took it when i didnt know better

then took ISSA ....45 short answers and essays, no multiple choise BS

oh and i only took the course for insurance purposes, these *certifications* mean nothing to me

Like I said... there are morons with certs & degrees, morons without....

Are you saying the multiple choice format of exams is stupid? Um, what about SAT's, LSATs & GMATS.... the BAR exam (never taken it, but I would suspect it contains some "multiple choise BS" questions!)

The cert is just a little bit of proof to someone so they have something to go on aside from "trust me".

If ACE is such a joke, why is it so widely respected in the industry??? I suppose the majority of gym owners, managers, & trainers just aren't In THE KNOW like you are?
