I am 5'10" and weigh 210. I used to weigh around 180 and gained the weight after 6-8 months of sitting on my ass.

I have been working out for the past 2.5 months with heavy doses of cardio and past two weeks with weights and cardio - these are intense no BS workouts. I cannot seem to shed even one pound of fat. I have been on a strict diet for the past two months...with the exception of some night meals (wife is pregnant)...

I feel myself getting into better shape but the weight thing makes no sense. I am only 28, so my metabolism shouldn't be an issue...

Any help/suggestions is greatly appreciated.
 
Muscle weighs more than fat, so with this in mind, I would say that you are most likley shedding fat and replacing it with muscle. I wouldnt be suprised if you actually gained a little weight.

I am comming from a similar place

5'11", was about 175, blew up to 225, now, after about 7 months of work, down to 200, but alot more LBM, still a long way to go though.

There was a long periond of time that I had trouble getting my weight down. I thought I was eating healthy, but once I laid out my diet, counted the calories, etc.. and started reading here, I learned how bad I was eating.

Post you diet, we'll help you out.
