I need to fit in my pushups situps flutterkicks etc so last night I did some before bed and this morning I did some right when I got up....we'll se if I make a habit out of it though. I need to be doing pushups, situps, pullups etc 5 days a week though for endurance
im still waiting for Tblock or Extramile to post a video of some guy doing ridiculous amount of weight with this exercise, e.g weighted pushups with 200kg on his back,
jus like they do in every thread and destroy my pride in all my lifts lol HAHA
