This is not my month as far as training injuries go! Alright, I strained my elbow joint arm wrestling and now I can't workout without a support on it. It's been coming along but what a pain in the ass. It's probably going to be another month before it's right. Now today I pulled a hamstring while doing front squats on the hacksquat machine. I don't get it . The hams were warmed up because I did 3 sets of lying leg curls and 3 sets of standing leg curls. I was on my second set, had 500 on the rack and was on rep # 6 of 8 and all of a sudden I felt a twinge in my left ham. I stopped immedietly. It's pretty sore but I'm mobile, I was able to do cardio today. Enough already, I need to keep going!
