Protein intake: How do you stay anabolic throughout the day

Here's what I do...is that okay?

Here is my daily complete protein intake

Wake up: I take 40g of whey protein to replenish my body from sleep
Breakfast:oatmeal /w berries and 4 whole eggs ~ (4x6) = 24 g of egg protein

3 hours later

Lunch: Carb + can of salmon or chicken breast or beef = ~ 32-35 g of protein

3 hours later

Diner: Carb + " " " " = ~32-35 g of protein

3 hours later

Egg white protein shake = ~40 g

3 hours later

egg white protein shake = ~40 g

Bed


Is that okay
 
What is your goal? Assuming that it is putting on size, what are your current stats, and calories of your diet, furthermore what is the macronutient breakdown- fat/carb/protein grams for this diet. Posting these will make it much easier for you to get the exact answers you need.

My goal is maintenance
Right now im 6'3 194lbs @ ~10% bodyfat

Here is a general outline of my diet


Meal 1: 4 whole eggs, 2 scoop of whey, 1 cup of (3-5minute oatmeal)/w strawberries&blueberries and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil
~900-1000 calories/72g of proteins/27g fat

Meal 2: Carb(basmati rice or whole wheat pastas or two slices of rye bread) with chicken breast or salmon or sardines.
~600 cals/32g proteins/15g fat

Meal 3: Carb(basmati rice or whole wheat pastas or two slices of rye bread) with chicken breast or salmon or sardines.
~600 cals/32g proteins/15g fat

Meal 4: 1 can salmon
300 cals/34g protein/15g fat

Meal 5: 2 scoops of Egg white protein powder
~250cals/40g protein/0 fat

Meal 6: 2 scoops of Egg white protein powder /w flax seed oil TBls
~350cals/40g protein/7g fat


~3000 cals/200g+ of animal protein/~80g of fat

Most of that fat comes from essential fatty acids.
