Here's what I do...is that okay?
Here is my daily complete protein intake
Wake up: I take 40g of whey protein to replenish my body from sleep
Breakfast
atmeal /w berries and 4 whole eggs ~ (4x6) = 24 g of egg protein
3 hours later
Lunch: Carb + can of salmon or chicken breast or beef = ~ 32-35 g of protein
3 hours later
Diner: Carb + " " " " = ~32-35 g of protein
3 hours later
Egg white protein shake = ~40 g
3 hours later
egg white protein shake = ~40 g
Bed
Is that okay
