My husband and I are trying to have a baby and he has been on AS, but has been off now for a year and his sperm count is back to normal. I went to my doctor and he tested my Prolactin levels and the first test it came in at 30, so I had to retest and the second test came in at 29. I then had to go for and MRI, to see if there was a tumor on my pituitary gland, and thank goodness there was no tumor. My doctor gave me a prescription for Bromocriptine to reduce my Prolactin levels. I am to go back in four weeks to have my levels tested again, to see if the medicine is working. My questions are this
1. are there any positive side effects?
2. any negitive side effects ?
3. Do men take it to raise sperm count?
4. will it help my sex drive?
I read on some web sight that, weight loss, increased sex drive, and more energy were a side effect and I also read where some AS users use this after a cycle to egt everything back to normal. and one know any thing???
