ok guys i've been busting my ass for the past two years, strenght gains are no problem for me what so ever, but getting bigger is!

i'm 5'8" & 205lbs with around 6% BF currently i'm working out with 335 on bench and 320 on inlcine, i'm working out on squat with 440 and deadlifting 495 (only can do it twice though), the weight keeps getting lighter week after week, but no size changes over the past 6 months, eventhough all my workouts keep getting heavier. I take in more than plenty of protien & calories, and my diet is pretty strict. My workout consists of

Mon: legs
tues:chest
wed:back
thurs:arms
fri: shoulders

it's a pretty simple workout and my lifts keep getting bigger by the week. so I guess what i'm asking for is just a little advice on how to work out to get BIGGER! any suggestions or comments would be appriciated, thanks alot bro's

Hmmm...maybe make it a little less strict for a while. Or just keep adding more calories till you start gaining. You might gain a little fat with this but that is the same affect with all weight gain. (90% of the time it seems)

Weight gain exercises....=

Compound exercises

Or you can change your split and have more days to rest...maybe you are doing too much work. Not overtraining but doing enough that it is difficult to gain weight.

If you are 6% bf, you are very lean, in fact too lean to be saying you eat more then enough. Review your diet and increase your calories by 10% for starters and if you need more do it.

I agree with everyone else, more calories. I would reccommend drinking a weight-gaining shake with every meal. Right now I am trying out N-Large 2 by Prolab and I am very pleased with the results. When mixed with milk it has almost 1000 calories and 68 gms of protein. It also has very little fat content. You may want to try adding half of a serving at every meal. All of the extra protein and calories will help you gain size and if you eat 4 meals a day you will be adding 2000 calories to your diet every day just in shakes. 14,000 extra calories each week should put size on anyone who is already on a good diet and lifting program.
