Prob with sleeping!!!

Bro you might want to try something called melatonin... I take 6mg. on nights when I feel kinda awake and DAMN do I sleep good!! Great stuff!!

if you smoke weed have a joint about 1-2 hours before bed,by the time its bed time you will be burnt out and tired,=very good sleep,i always make good food before a smoke a joint that way i dont eat shit when i am in the munchie stage

Dude, everyone has different sleep needs. Getting 8 hours is probably what your body needs at your age.
As you get older, your may need more.
Are you refreshed when you wake up? Or are you still tired. Resting is as important as sleep for me.
I am lucky to get 8 hours during the week but I make sure I get at least 8 every night.
On the weekends I get as much sleep/rest as possible.
Don't start getting dependant on drugs to get good sleep. Melatonin is OK but does not work for everyone.
I like the beating off, or even better, sex before bed.. idea...
