Pre-Workout Protein???

Does anyone preload 20g or 40 or whatever an hour or so before lifting?
I've tried it in the past but I remember feeling a shake just sloshing around in my belly which kinda sucked. Although with how critical it is to get your post workout shake cant you do yourself one better by adding a shake ahead too.

Anyone seen noticeable results? TY.
 
I used to think that it would help but just like use said, "the sloshy feeling" i was kinda sick to my stomach and it was effecting my workout. I use to think it was a must but as long as you intake good nutrients during the day before your workout personally I think you'll be fine. Now afterwards on the other hand slam you a solid protein shake down within a hour is a solid way to building muscle.
 
Yeah i'm with ya.... I've got a shake in me at least 30 min post workout. After thinking about this maybe a good casein 2 hrs pre w.o. is the way to go.
 
what i found to be the most effective is one hour pre and a half and half blend of whey and casein

I usually down a MetRX colossal bar, Better Protein bar, or a couple tilapia filets/sweet potato and 1/4 cup cottage cheese about 1.5 hours pre workout. Any sooner than that and I feel like shit.
