Does anyone preload 20g or 40 or whatever an hour or so before lifting?
I've tried it in the past but I remember feeling a shake just sloshing around in my belly which kinda sucked. Although with how critical it is to get your post workout shake cant you do yourself one better by adding a shake ahead too.
Anyone seen noticeable results? TY.
