As we all know eating makes or breaks your physique! It doesn't matter what AS you run, if you don't eat clean or if you don't eat big you wont achieve your goals. Summer cutters? Who cares, how about summer diets!? SO lets see your diets cutting or bulking!

Bulk up diet: 6000 calories ED.
Lean beef.
Cheese.
Cottage cheese.
Skim milk.
Whole eggs..
Whey protien (choc & vanilla).
Met-Rx.
Chicken Breasts.
Peanuts.
Oatmeal.
Flax Oil.
Cran-grape juice.
Bananas.
Tuna.
Pasta.
Turkey.
Potatoes.
And enough junk food to add up to 6K of cals ED.
 
Meal 1 - 8 egg whites
1 slice low fat cheese
1 cup ( uncooked ) oatmeal
multi vitamin/mineral
dose CLA

Meal 2 - 50g protein shake
1/2 cup blueberries

Meal 3 - Chicken breast or other lean white meat
Med. salad w. tomoto
light balsalmic dressing
vitamin B complex

Meal 4 - 50g protein shake
1/2 cup blueberries
udo's 3-6-9
1 dose BCAA
glutamine


weight workout,, cardio in AM before 1st meal..


Meal 5 - 1 whole wheat pita
1 can tuna in water
Fat free mayo
1 dose BCAA
glutimine

Meal 6 - Halibut/talapia
4 oz sweet potato
6 spears asparagus

Meal 7 - 8 egg whites
1 slice low fat cheese
1 apple
udo's 3-6-9

Meal 8 - 2 plain rice cakes
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
4 oz chicken breast or other lean white meat
1 dose CLA

2500 cal.. 310 protein, 200 carbs, 50 fat..

Cardio 45 min 5 times per week,,, Leg day, 60 min walking on treadmill..

300mgEQ/300mg Test-400 Monday/Thursday....for 18 weeks Last 8 weeks going to throw in 50 mg Winny (oral) ED....

Meal 4 – Bttm round steak/Orange

Meal 5 – Meal one repeat
(370cals/54protein/29carbs)

Meal 6 – 1 cup Cottage Cheese
(160cals/26protein/10carbs)

Total = (1715cals/219p/144carbs)

add whey shake for 120cals/27protein/1carb)
 
meal 1: 5 egg whites (1yolk) 1 banana, 3 scoops muscle milk with FF milk, 1 1/2 bagel with peanut butter and honey, salsa on eggs
meal 2: 1 yogurt, 1 banana, 3 scoops muscl milk, 2 scoops cytosport protein mix, ff milk
Meal 3: chicken sandwhich, fruit, or sweet potatoe
meal 4: steak, with sweet potatoe, or rice, or pasta
meal 5: steak or ground beef, pasta, or sweet potatoe
Meal 6: 4 scoops cytosport protein mix, ff milk, 1 bagel with peanut butter and honey
