I work 8-5...workout after work....
I've heard that you should do cardio AFTER your workout, but I've also heard the critical window for the post workout shake is within 30 minutes after lifting. SO if I do cardio directly after lifting, I run the risk of up to a 30-60 minute delay in getting that NEEDED protein.
However if I drink it directly after working out, then do cardio...all that fluid is bouncing around in my gut, and the calories from the shake might be gettin' wasted...
Recommendations?
