post-workout protein/carb question

Bros, what ratio of carbs-protein-fat(if any) is best post workout? i just ordered a custom blend powder from proteinfactory.com that is comprised of 25% whey protein/10% egg whiteprotein/20% micellar protein/35% dextrose/10% maltodextrin. A BB friend of mine (whose opinion i highhly regard) said it should have been 3-1 dextrose to whey and that is it. Any thoughts on this? thanks.

35-50 grams of OATMEAL 1-2 hours before workout is best and simple

I agree, however, he did ask about post workout.

I dont know about the percentage breakdown of different types of proteins. However, i do know whey is digested quickly, and this is beneficial immediately after a workout because it gets the protein to the muscles more quickly. I also know that taking in carbs post workout is helpful. I usually have a fruit protein shake post workout; i scoop whey, 1 1/2 c OJ, 1 bannana, 1/2 c berries. this is a decent number of carbs, but your metabolism is racing post workout, so im not too concerned.

Is there anyone of you who think that prior workout(1 hour before) is best time for an primarly carb-source like JUST oatmeal(not adding milk or something which contains proteins) ?
I do as above and I realize I have much more energy and concentration in comparation to the times when I combine prot+carbs before workout.

I think 1 hour is good, however, it will vary from person to person depending on their bodies..some people can get sick from doing max effort things with food fresh in them

I like oats + milk pre work out.

As for post work out, is there any alternative to whey. The hydroylsis process liberates MSG and causes me migraines.

At moment, I'm just having 2 glasses of skim milk, 4 egg whites, and 15 grams of dextrose. OK? An alternative I sometimes have is potatoes and tuna
