Only updates are that I have added the few extra carbs to the diet. Oatmeal and Ezekiel bread, chicken and rice or salad and rice for dinner. The mk 677 has not helped appetite yet. Have a ribeye thawed out for dinner tonight with a big sweet potato.
Sleeping is poor and restless. Melatonin doesnât help much and donât like taking ambien more than a couple times a week. No night sweats but only sleeping with a sheet over me and a little warm. Agitation has settled but wife has also slept in spare bedroom for the last week.
Training going well and hitting it hard. Last weekend of two rest days and a little carb loading did the trick and have been back at it this week. Trying to hit the abs 2 days and rest them a day. Push later today and pull tomorrow.
Bumped anadrol to 70 for the 4th and final week but have decided to stay on for one more week at 70 before dropping it.
