Ok, more protein and more rest.
Someone also suggested a while back p 40 f 20 c 40 while on the tren run. Was around 40 40 10. Added 50 more protein and thought I should also add a little more carbs for the energy factor. Cut a little fat too.
Am sitting at p52 f20 c28, carbs are 1/2 cip steel cut oats and 2 pieces Ezekiel bread before noon along with 3 doses of protein. Nothing else until after workout protein and dinner usually 7pm give or take. At dinner am trying to add a cup of brown rice for a total of 128 grams of carbs for the day. (Give or take my math disclaimer)The last three days have been tough to poke it all down but my appetite has been down lately as well. I did receive the mk677 and had a 25mg dose this morning. Itâs liquid so hard to get a 25mg dose when one drop is basically 50mg but attempting a small drop so to speak. Hoping this helps the appetite soon.
So, is this alright? Too many carbs?
Feel like Iâm over thinking the fuck out of this but want to do well and the best I can. I want to grow but want lean growth and terrified of too many carbs.
Was planning on doing this for a week or two and then reacessing but if you have suggestions Iâm all about saving time and being on the correct path sooner.
