Yes!!! my food scale is my bestest friend right now.

I have a Salter model 1400 and not only does it weigh my food, it calculates the calories, protein, carbohydrate, total sugars, total fat, fiber, sodium, cholesterol, net carbohydrates and the G.I value of my food

Damn Bro does it cook for you too! LoL....I need to get one too the one I have now is stuck in OZ and I cant get it to change to grams. But I love scales its a good way to get the proper portions.

It's a $90 scale. I got it on ebay for $12 shipped. It does come in handy when dieting and counting macros.

Ebay is the shit! I buy tons of stuff off of Ebay. I think you have to be rich just to walk into stores to just buy everything. Plus, I like the selection ebay offers.
