Please help...leaving in 2 weeks..SAF?

Ok...I did a search, but can't find the answer I'm looking for.
I'm 208 about 10% body fat, abs show only if I flex.
I just found out I'm leaving June 4th to go to cancun. I'm currently taking:
50mg of jurox winny v aday
75mg fina EOD
50mg of Dball aday
Been on this for about 2 1/2 weeks. went from 192 to 208.

What kind of nocarb...or low carb diet should I do before I go?
I need to loose about 10 lbs.

So PLEASE give me feed back on what kind of diet to do.

Are you trying to get cut for your trip??? If so how's your anti-e program? Because the carbs may not be the total answer due to the fact that you probably have the "roid belly" (bloatedness) especially due to the dbol. This won't completely go away till your cycle stops.

two weeks, but I want to do the best i can. I don't
have a roid gut....my waist is a 32.

Can i drop the dboll if i have only been on it for 22 days?

Will it cause me to flatten out?

Not being cocking, but I look good now. Just want to get a
few more veins out and do some kinda of carb diet before I go.
 
You can drop the dbol anytime. Most people use it 4 weeks, some 3 wks. Since you're at 22 days you're right in that area. Since you don't have bloatedness, I wouldn't drop it though. The winny and fina will keep you ripped up. Some things I've did to get cut fast is: consume LOW complex carbs, keep protein high, add intense cardio. (you can do cardio 4-5 times per week if you need fast results)
You might want to add some vanadyl sulfate or ALA in for increased vascularity or maybe even a mild duretic. I hope some of this helps....
 
First off, you dont need to drop the dboll if your diet is really clean. If you can get arimidex it will help alleviate any water retention. But if you really want to lose any excess water then stop the dboll its up to you, the dboll will keep your muscles full where as you might start getting flat with the winny and fina alone. As far as diet goes you should be taking in 350 grams of protein a day, in the form of egg whites,chicken, turkey, fish, stop eating red meat because no matter how lean red meat is it still has fat. keep your carbs at 100-150 grams a day and they should be in the form of oatmeal, sweet potatoes and vegetables, I know everybody loves brown rice but brown rice has been shown to increase estrogen levels which in turn make you hold water. As far as fat goes try to minimize that as much as possible. Stop eating carbs after 2 - 3 pm also, from 3 after only protein and vegetables, no oatmeal and potatoes. Also start doing cardio first thing in the morning for about 45 minutes 5 times a week. If you follow this I can guarantee you will make a big change in 2 weeks.
