Alright guys I did use some gear, but nothing extremely serious. Just 2 injections of HGH a week. And a good pct. I probably won't use anymore until summer. But here's my progress and new plan!

100 reps weighted box jump (42" box)

5x3 clean complex (shrug/pull/clean 1 rep)
