People ever just piss you off??

actually in my experience when i've told these skinny dudes to train their ass off and eat they give me the weird look to me that is them saying "fuck it i dont want to do all that" ... it isn't "you are lying" they would know that you train your ass off cause they would see you in the gym everyday at around the same time like clockwork

they are the guys you see in there one time and never see again
 
I don't like the way it's worded most of the time. It's not so much "How have you been training/eating?" ... it's more of a "So... what are you taking?" I was even asked by a family member if I'm "working out or just taking steroids." Yeah, because if you take steroids you don't need to work out /sarcasm

But, I don't mention what I use because people think it's ALL supplement and nothing to do with diet and exercise. And really I've never used anything except prohormones. But man, people have been asking me lately more and more.

But, I was misinformed once... I can remember being 15-16 years old, seeing a huge mofo, and being like "yeah, he takes steroids. that's stupid". I think I was just jealous, lol.
 
^^^ some dude at work did that to me. he kept asking "what are you taking? what are you taking?" and then i was playing poker some guy was like "oh you are taking dbol i can tell just by looking at you, i used to be a baseball player so i know about this stuff" they don't understand its about working out, not just taking something. like moya said ignorant people but its the young guys who are like that.. the older people tell me "you look like you lift weights, how often do you lift?" its a totally different attitude
 
Not tryin to be antagonistic here rich but are u 1 of those who's says its insanity from someones pct to not include hcgenerate and all the ntbm products?
Absolutely not mate. There are plenty of products/drugs you can combine to make a good pct, just takes research. I simply recommend ntbm product because i have used them.

I'd say its insanity to not do a pct, with drugs at least similar to the mechanism of some ntbm products.

So for example, ff you didnt use HCGenerate, you would be subq'ing HCG right? And if you didnt use Unleashed, you would be using another testosterone boosting product?

true, the younger generation is all messed up... everybody wants everything handed to them on a silver platter...

A "fucking" men!!! This kids these days are so damn entitled, thinking that hey don't have to work for anything, just manipulate, lie, cheat, steal, get on Real World or the best one...16 and pregnant or whatever it is called...no work ethic at all!!! I could go on, and I'm sure so can everyone else, they need a huge reality check! Us "older" guys that have been training 15+ years, nah...we don't know anything about training and nutrition, we just take steroids 24/7/365/15 years...ignorance needs to be painful IMO. You can do all the mentoring you want, but these kids on here need to listen, or don't post if you don't want to hear the answers!!!
 
I jsut tell people that it start with a good foundation just like everything else a person can set their mind too... You have to be a very motivated person and people have to understand that body building or physique building is not a hobby, but is a lifestyle change... Working out and steroids are a the smallest parts of teh equation... the diet with all off todays distraction are where the work begins... For most of us, every 22.5 hours that were not in the gym or doing cardio daily, were taunted by these yummy, but shitty quality foods.... Without learning how to eat for two 6 times a day with all your meals being extrememly healthy and portioned, your never going to be big... Sure you can be the guy that on juice all the time, but why put your health at risk like that....
