PCT question

Hey Steve do u think taking omegas by pill and eating your source will change how you feel? kinda of a sloppy question.... Do u get the same results.from a pill that u would get from eating omegas... Thats better.

No nutrient source is better than whole food. I do like Krill Oil, however. OMEGA 3s and 6s.
 
I have changed up my shoulder work a little and it seems to help. I tore my labrum in my right shoulder and has surgery. My left gives me issues also. It seems to be getting better with workout mods and fish oil and glucosamine. Not sure what is helping but is getting better. I was in the military for almost 13 years and my body is beat up because of it. I have been lifting off and on for 20 years. Hurt my back and was out for 6 months so now I have been back for about 3 months.
 
not to hijack the thread but while running tren, to combat the prolactin sides is it good to take arimidex? or is N2Guard sufficient and will reduce those sides? never done n2guard so i wouldnt know. any help
 
HCG wouldnt be bad, but you can get the same results with HCGgenerate for a fraction of the cost.. Get Post cycle/Unleashed, and some Forma, should do it for you. I Would have a SERM available incase of gyno, Tamoxifen or Clomid... But only use if needed... Should help you recover good..
If you do get HCG, i would run 250ius per week, and it should help with Testicular Dystrophy, and keep you producing...

Did you run any test or tren only? having any sides? i always hear steve bragging about how great tren is alone!!!

You need caber or prami for prolactin issues. Run .5 mg caber every 5 days.

For the joint issues try cutting back training to 4 days a week. Even though your on juice you can still over train.

if you get enough omega's from food you don't need the fish oil caps.

most don't unfortunately. there is a lot of joint complaints from guys and it can easily be prevented with a better diet.
 
hcg is cheaper then hcgenerate

i disagree. you can run a bottle of hcgenerate the whole way during cycle 2 caps 2X per day and its way cheaper and more convienient then mixing multiple hcg into vials.. then you gotta worry about refridgerating, injecting, and the hcg losing potency.

hcgenerate is the best way to go during cycle.. then you can use your hcg as a kicker to your PCT. its the best way to run a cycle and i have bloods to prove it works.

Def. good point... There is still a point that you can cross when on AAS.... you should only be adding maybe 5-6 extra sets tops.... More is Overkill... Rest is your best friend when on AAS...
