Not necessarily. You could't eat all the vitamin C needed to get the benefits of megadosing. No food source protein is more assimilable than super plasma serum. Actually, I don;t supplement Omega 3's and 6's because I eat a ton of oil and fish and omega supps are essentially just oils.
