Paper Thin Skin.....

Hey guys, I am currently dieting for a show in August (everything is perfect so far) and I was wondering when that paper thin skin look or something close to it comes into effect. I have been dieting for a little over 6 weeks out of a total of 15. At week 4 I had my bodyfat measured and it was 6% and I'm gradually losing around 2lbs a week which is good. But I wonder if I pick up some clen would I be over dieting? And what leads to that onion skin look? I notice picture of other competitors (mainly pros) who are like 5-7 weeks out and they look dry and hard already. I am drinking over a gallon of water a day, eating 6 times a day, the gym, and on a cycle of EQ, then Winny a month out from the show. Is it just that I'm looking for some sort of resort to soon? Should I go ahead and buy the clen at 9 weeks out? I am confused. If I forgot anything let me know. I need help guys. Thanks!

Oh yes, cardio. Can't forget cardio......I do an hour a day. Split up: 30 in morn/30 in evening. I'll be seeing my nutritionist on Friday to see what he says.

The eq is going to make you hold some water too. I never done show but I know that most guys get that real real dry look right before the show because they dehydrate themselves severly, and they can only stay like that for short periods. Its not healthy. You cant be waking around for like 5-6 weeks at 3% bodyfat and dehydrated. So if you want less water retention I would loose the EQ.

It's mostly got to do with dehydrationa nd water depletion. I think a lot of it is muscle maturity as well though. How old are you and how long have you been training? The longer I stick with this, the closer I get to that look and the more paper-thin my skin gets. I find I will look different than guys who compete at 35 or so who have been training since they were teenagers no matter what I do.

Yes, I agree very much with your post. It depends on how long you've been training and doing contests to get into that exact shape. Probably because of you learn more on what to do that's right for you, and you can push yourself more each time. But I am 20, and have been training for 2 years and 10 months. My first cycle believe it or not I put on over 50lbs. But that was long time ago, I've been on plenty since then. But I my nutritionist told me to drop the EQ 2 weeks out, so I guess that will take care of some of the water problem. And dehydration the final week (plus the winstrol a month out) should take care of the rest. Can anyone tell me is this about right?

But I my nutritionist told me to drop the Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - 2 weeks out, so I guess that will take care of some of the water problem. lol. Dude, your nutritionist? Not to be insulting or anything, but I seriously hope you aren't paying that guy. If you drop boldenone undecylenate 2 weeks out, it's the same thing as more or less as running it right through - it takes a good three weeks to clear your system. Undecylenate refers to a long-acting ester. If it were enanthate or cypionate then I'd say your nutrionist is more on point. Even still, I'd drop it sooner than that so you won't be dropping the water weight literally a day or two before your contest - I'd try to get looking as on point as possible before dropping your water intake.

Exactly what Nathan said - you want to get those things out of your system so you don't have anythign else screwing up your water the last week.

That paper thin thing is partially conditioning over time if you're an experienced competitor, but primarily its your water depletion program - and that's all about maintaining that state for about 2 days tops. Not a good state to exist in.

So how many weeks out would be best to drop the EQ then? And about clen, I'm still not to sure if I need it or not. But I don't see why it wouldn't hurt to take it.

Drop the eq at least a month out and yeah, taking the clen can indeed hurt you. A friend of mine ended up inthe hospital for an overnight stay a few weeks ago from it. It's just one more thing taxing your system while you probably aren't drinking enough water, exercising a lot, and risking over heating and dehydrating yourself in this increasingly hot weather.

I've been amazed in the past at what you can do on hardly any gear (less than 250mg a week of one drug) at all and zero fat burners. It is hard and probably impossible to escape your body's natural decline in certain hormones while dieting naturally, but you don't need to go 20 times above what it would normally be able to do hormonally IMO. You can't grow or cut that fast after all.

Then again, it depends on where you want to be competition-wise - depending on that my advice might change to take it all if you want to win Mr O. Still, I can't think of a way clen would be a good choice any way you slice it. Don't take it is my advice.
