Ok. Hi all i have a favour to ask. I just want an opinion on what i am doing to shed some fat. I am 5 foot 6 1/2 and currently weigh 217 pound i have started dieting today i do not know much about nutrition but this is what i did today i had 1918 cals throughout the day and in that there were 201 grams of protein is this sufficient to help retain some of the mass i have i feel i need to lose at least 36 pound. Any opinion gracefully accepted
