Hello there. I m 33 years old and i am hitting the gym seriously for about 3 years now with on and offs. I have decided to start on September fresh with a descent plan and diet and everything that goes along.
The problem is, all these years i have being working out without any descent plan.The only time i had a workout descent plan and got real results is when i got the 5x5 bill starr from this forum and it really lifted me up as i followed it to every step. Now, i want to start again with a descent program and someone to follow my progress and give me advise on how to train and also what supplements or gear should i take.
Can you reccomend me any specialised people that undertake such long distance online projects? Thanks in advance.
