Seated Hamstring curl
Set 1: 74kg- 14rep
Set 2: 65kg- 12rep

Cybex squat press
Set 1: 330kg- 10rep
Set 3: 280kg- 10rep

Smith machine reverse lunges
Set 1: 80kg-12rep
Set 2: 80kg-11rep

Leg extension
Set 1: 95kg- 13rep
Set 2: 95kg-11rep

Back extension
Set 1: 50kg- 14rep
Set 2: 50kg- 10rep dropset 25kg- 5rep

Had a very good session strength climbing up, pump really amazing.
this is good. 2 sets each is on point. keeping the rep ranges strong 10-14 is also smart @Ratatata
