Set 3: 280kg- 10rep

Smith machine reverse lunges
Set 1: 70kg- 11rep
Set 2: 70kg- 10rep

Leg extension
Set 1: 82kg- 13rep
Set 2: 82kg- 11rep

Back extension
Set 1: 50kg- 12rep
Set 2: 50kg- 9rep dropset 25kg- 5rep

Session getting strong. Lift r moving very nicely 3 weeks into test eq and tren and feeling incredibly well vascularity is coming up very nicely.

First time running eq and tren together. 3 weeks in and strength gains and vascularity is on peak.
