Olympic Lifts, real deal or partials?

I'd like to get the benefits of olympic lifting.

Right now all I do is hang clean, but I am putting a new program together for January.

Should I do full Olympic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk) or things like hang clean, hang snatch, snatch squat, etc? Should I snatch and clean & jerk or work on one a lot more than the other?
 
No need to to do the full lifts, unless you plan to compete. Too Technical and too "dangerous" without a coach.

stick to the simple stuff, you will benefit just as well.
