I'd like to get the benefits of olympic lifting.
Right now all I do is hang clean, but I am putting a new program together for January.
Should I do full Olympic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk) or things like hang clean, hang snatch, snatch squat, etc? Should I snatch and clean & jerk or work on one a lot more than the other?
