OK who wants to help me with my chest and growing it.

I have used Radar's workout's and they have all worked...But, my goal now is to add some size to my chest.....I have a chest that is pretty decenct and sticks out a good amount but I want a bigger chest with a bigger lip at the bottom....

I am currently on cycle and want to kill it....give me some options and lets get this training started..
 
... im not familiar with Radar's training, but if youve currently been training for strength, low reps, 5x5, maybe change to slightly higher reps for hypertrophy (sp?) like 6-10 reps... ;)
do decline bench and dips

hit those inclines. BB & DB. i'll take an adjustable bench and do 3 sets on each height. nice.
 
Human Target is straight on.

Try Declines, Inclines, and Cable cross-overs (both incline and decline angles on the cable as well.

The Cable cross overs seem to really give a great pump. I would do three sets of each exercise and I try to stay around 7 reps or failure.
 
The only excersises I do not do now are declines and Dips.......What is the proper way to do dips....??? Are you supposed to lean forward a little bit...Whenever I do them they always hit my tri's

Think about this for a second: you're doing damn near every chest exercise that's been suggested. And guess what? Your chest isn't growing. So, your solution is to listen to the dumb advice above and add in another exercise? Do you think there's a magic exercise out there that you just haven't found yet?

Or could it be that the specific exercises are less important than making long-term progress (e.g., getting stronger) on one or two decent exercises, while eating right?
