I’m looking to put some moderate amount of size on my frame
not looking for a lean muscle mass at all
I’m currently 36 years old and I’m 215 lbs and 5’10”
I don’t really have a weight goal but I would like to definitely get bigger
do you think testosterone alone at 500 mg would be good? And you think 12 weeks would be good?
In terms of diet I’m currently getting anywhere from 3000 to 3500 calories per day should I increase that by 200- 300 or keep it the same?
