Ok! I finally have my new routine down to two choices. I can't decide between them. They both have pro's and con's for me, but I'm not sure.

I do rear delts on shoulder day. In split one, shoulders come right after back, and you do use your rear delts on back day, but I beat the shit out of them on shoulder day, so I'm not sure how that will go. On split two, arms comes right after shoulders, I only do two pressing movements on shoulder day, so I don't know if that will overtrain my tri's or not. Whatcha think? If it makes any difference, I'm going to be starting half a gram of test with either one of these splits, i guess keep that in mind.
