Oats at night?

I got a bit peckish before and had a bowl of oats (60g) with 40g of chocolate whey mixed in. Is this ok for around about an hour before bed?

I also had a handful of almonds (not salted) too

Depends on
- your body type (i.e. if you are an endomorph it would not be ideal, perhaps okay for an ectomorph)
- when you train (if you train late at night it should be fine)
- the rest of your macros throughout the day

Personally, I wouldn't. I just have protein and EFAs before bed.
 
PERFECTLY fine.............as long as it fits into your daily macros, carbs, fats, proteins........it doesnt matter.....when bulking, I may eat that at midnight, need the cals..........

I am eating mac ncheese right now...150 carbs, 30 prt. shitload of sodium and I eat about three servings of peanuts too, 42 fat, lots of calories, but I look better than ever...
