Depends on
- your body type (i.e. if you are an endomorph it would not be ideal, perhaps okay for an ectomorph)
- when you train (if you train late at night it should be fine)
- the rest of your macros throughout the day
Personally, I wouldn't. I just have protein and EFAs before bed.
PERFECTLY fine.............as long as it fits into your daily macros, carbs, fats, proteins........it doesnt matter.....when bulking, I may eat that at midnight, need the cals..........
