Numbness and Pain

increased intra and extra cellular water, causing nerve impingement.

increase potassium
lower sodium
increase magnesium
calcium this one depends, try adjusting both up and down.

drop the nandrolone or GH, both cause extracellular fluid retention that aromatase inhibitors cannot help with.

are you doing cardio? if not adding cardio will help. (increasing insulin sensitivity)
also glucorell may help (at least with some of the GH sides insulin blunting effects)

exact impacts of both of these have not been well studied and GH blunts insulin sensitivity at a post IR site, so how much impact either will have is somewhat theoretical (though anecdotal evidence is good that they do offset at least some, if not most of the insulin blunting effects)

I am going to go buy potassium and magnesium today. My calcium is probably on the high end, due to all the milk I am drinking with my shakes.

It did start to get a lot worse when I starting taking the deca. I added it later in the cycle to help with some joint pain. I will just tough it out for ten more weeks if it is caused by the deca or gh. I would rather get the most out of my cycle and deal with this pain.

I am not doing any cardio, but I am taking Glucorell. Maybe need to take more of the Glucorell. I always take it before my big breakfast, but sometimes forget to before all meals.

Once again, thanks for the help Macro.

Bro, I have the EXACT same problem. This only happens when I'm on gear though.
I went to the doc many, many times to find out the problem (however, he doesn't know that I'm on gear) and he ended up doing nerve test on both arms (very uncomfortable!) and it turns out that I have moderate carpel tunnel syndrome. He doesn't know what is the underlying cause of this (I know, it's the gear) but he said surely I have carpel tunnel or what appears to be the symptoms of carpel tunnel. He said whatever is causing this it is creating pressure on the nerves that travel from the upper forearm down to the hands and fingers through the very narrow passage in the wrist. Pressure (from either incresed RBC or water retention, my personal observation) is narrowing that space in the wrist even further causing the pain and tingliness in the hands and fingers. This has alays happened to me while on and never while off. It sucks because sleeping is very uncomfotable and sleep quality is poor as a result. So what he gave me were two wrist braces with splinters so I would not move my hands from a stright possition so as to not create further pressure on my nerves. Let me tell you, this has helped a lot. If you go to the drug store and buy some wirst splints or something like it, you will see how it will help you sleep. Unfortunately, I have to wear them every night to go to bed, but it works. It doesn't eliminate it all together, but it certainly makes a HUGE difference. give it a try and let me know how it works. If it does, I'll send you the bill! LOL!

THANK YOU! I will wear them for sure. I'm sure my wife will give me shit, but who cares. If it gives me relief, I'll send you my address for that bill!

im going through the same thing had nerve test done and they said i had carpel tunnel in both hands also. i have been on hgh for 7-months now and my cycle consits of test enth/ prop / deca /anavar/ now in my 5th week and i wear the splints on the left arm more than the other. working out is hard sometimes (pulldowns) and close grip hurts me but i push through it. good luck bro!!! i believe we all are in the same boat.

Did it just come about within these past 7 months? Or was it a problem before the cycle also.

Well Macro touched on this subject, but from other posts I have read, I really suspect the HGH to be the problem. I've seen numerous threads where guys were running GH and having problems with tingling. If it is too uncomfortable to deal with, drop the GH and see how it goes in a couple weeks. I'm sure the AAS adds to the pressure, but many cases have been strictly because of GH. Ive never ran GH but I have had severe CTS in both wrists at one point and after about a year it has finally almost completely dissipated although I now have tendonitis in my right wrist pretty bad. I can press down on the joint "knob" on the inside of my wrist right under my thumb and it kills me with pain. doesn't hurt to lift though so i haven't seen a DR bout it yet.

I was thinking the same thing. However, if you look at the responses in the old thread, not all were on hgh. Very frustrating due to the fact that there are so many different variables. Tough to pin point one cause.

I dropped the gh to 1iu. I'll see if this helps. Anyone else have any luck getting rid of the dead arm? Mine is now numb almost all day long. Woke up this morning and both were numb. Must not be carpal tunel. I'm thinking added bloat is reason. I've had several people ask me why my hands are swollen! Not good.

My last cycle the numbness was so bad that I thought it might never resolve. Dropped the GH for 3 wks then titrated back up to 1.5 iu's day starting .5ius the 1st week, 1.0 ius 2nd week etc. Noticed if I go above the 1.5 I get the beginnings of the sides again. Each person has their own level of sensitivity so you have to determine what that is for you. BTW I exp. this problem both on cycle (AAS w GH) and between cycle with GH alone. Good news is that it resolves itself after you drop it for a few weeks.
