Hi ppl. Wots up
I recently jioned because after months of research i decided to start using gear.
Im 24 years old, 105 KG, 191 cm, bf is around 15% when i last cheacked. Im not super fit but do jog twice a week.
If been pumping iron for 3 years and for the last month have been stuck on the same weights.
I feel like i have reached my max and now its time for AAS.

My friend told me to start small and said that Winstrol depo and anavar should help me and give me a good solid base for bigger stronger stacks in the future. Im not in a hurry and believe in quality over quantity.

Is this a gud cycle for me? if not What?

at 6ft 2 and 15~ stone and around 15% bf You're no where near your genetic limit. You're average weight for your height.
and again, at 3 years training there's no way you'd have met your gentic limits naturally.
if that's your reasoning for doing steroids then stop, becuase you are miles away from where you can get to naturally.
imo if you think you've hit your limit then (again, imo) you simply don't know enough about training because if you did, you'd realise just how unlikely that is. if your training is in check, then your diet must be out by a mile.

that said, you don't have to be at your limit to start using steroids, VERY VERY few have done this. So as long as you know you're kidding yourself on thinking you're at your limit after 3 years and still want to do steroids then fine - imo, I'd start by doing research into each of your options, based on your goals. if you want to get bigger and stronger choose a steroid that will help you achive that goal best. same applies for if you're trying to get cut.
I've not named any names of steroids for a reason, that's your job. Do research and come up with a proposed cycle complete with PCT and ask any questions you may have once you've got a basic idea of what is what.
I could sit and tell you to go on X amount of Y's each day for Z amount of days .. but what would that prove? no one would have learned a thing.

good luck, and remember, diet and training are two more important things than AAS.
Diet & training = results
steroids & training = no results
steroids and diet = no results
diet, training & steroids = faster results.
 
being big is not in my genes. I was a tall skinny guy but i did pick up some weight and a year ago my diet was whack and unhealthy and then my bf jumped. Belive it or not but im the fatest of the whole famely.

I wil research more and change my training. The guys I am gyming with has been using gear from 18 years old ( which is sad). I stayed of it because if they go of the gear they loose like 50% of gains and that is just because they are not using correctly. I wil gym normal for a few months more and see what improvements my new training does.

Here is my present training plan.

Monday - chest and bi
Theusday - back and tri
Wednessday - shoulders and back
Thursday - legs and abs
The rest i am off gyming because im to busy with work.

Not that im gonna get AAS but is Winstol depo and anavar a good stack?
 
no.

and btw, your workout is questionable.
why follow chest with tri's? your tri's should be tired from doing your chest the day before
same with back and bi's.
then you're doing your back twice in two days

Also you don't mention what you're doing for each workout.

It depends, something could be a great stack or a horrible stack depending on ones goals.

Like stated your training plan is pretty whack. Why is back listed on tues and wens? And why do people like to have 3-5 days a week upper body splitting everything up yet only one day a week lower body trying to combine quads/hams/calves all into one workout. I guess some people just like that johnny bravo physique.
