I have been using this for a few months now, more so while on my current Sust/Deca cycle. I am up to about 3 full servings per day-- on serving being 4 scoops which I mix with 2 cups 1% milk. It says on the label it is highly concentrated, so am I wasting any of it by taking the full serving, or can my body process all the carbs/protein since it is already in overddrive because of the AAS usage? *Note: Each serving w/ my milk added is 800cal, 78g protein, 95g carbs. Any help would be appreciated
