This thread rules & it clearly fails to suck

I'll say it again and again, you can do tren until you're pissing blood, grams of test a week but it wont magically get you ripped unless you've got the genetics.. look the 'good bros' who couldnt pass up on McD's on their ridiculous cycles, they pissed away $100's and ended up looking like shit

NJRipped isnt to everyones taste but his methods work if you want that look, and that look might not be what you think you want but I guarentee it'll get you laid. How much ass do you think shawn lattimer gets? :p (more fuel on this fire.. burn burn burn)

nj, im glad you found yourself a way to look and feel the way you want to. but plain and simple, your plan will do more harm than good to 98% of the people trolling these boards.

Guys you are getting ridiculous. This plan is pretty simple and straightforward. Nothing really revolutionary. It's what a lot of people do anyways, maybe with the exeption of doing less cardio, evidently NJ wanted to create more of a deficit with the cardio, big deal. It worked for him. You guys jump all over him, like others have said, for going for his goal and finding out what worked for him, why do you freak out so bad?

i know people eating mcd's while cutting with tren
latt gets plenty of ass lol you and i agree on many things
i dont think you even need to lift a single weight to look like NJ..follow his diet and do cardio youll get cut for sure youre prolly better off not weight trainng since it will do more harm then good
 
Exactly! What I have accomplished is no great feat. Look at my workouts - 2 sets per bodypart - and the fact that I was chunky before starting my diet. What does that tell you? Anyone could get into the shape that I am in. Yet all these people call me "skinny" and anorexic and refuse to post any pics of their own showing a better physique. Hell, I even have people accusing me of juicing (that's you JKrew). This is just sad.

These same people back one another simply because they too do not have the physique to compete (despite the fact that they juice). And why don't they have the physique? The answer isn't because I have superior genetics but that they're too damn lazy and weak to follow their diet.

The main point of this post was to say that anyone can get ripped with a little dedication. I knew exactly how most would react and that the thread would be a riot. It is pretty damn sad that these "bodybuilders" can't compete with "skinny" me. lol

and nothing wrong with doing 2 sets it all depends on what you do in those 2 sets that counts..

i forgot one thing i dont deny ive ever used gear..but i do not abuse like those that seem to be on never ending cycles of ever increasing doses..i have not used any for 9 months so dont assume you know anything about the kind of cycles i may or may not run..
