Wiz kid, you can work your chest in another excercise were it is less strainful to your shoulders. Good job on the pr. IF your chest lags and your shoulder aren't the greatest I would recommend incline flyes using a slow but controled cadence....

Nope...a closer grip (to a point) means a deeper ROM also...:)
