You are sounding like you need a diet break. So do this, take 1 day and eat anything you like. Dosnt matter at all what it is and eat all you want. Then the next day do fruits, veggies and water.
Then back to meat. And hey sista there is other meat then chicken you know. Try frozen fish fillets. Haddok is not fishy at all if its fresh, Pollok, Orange Roughy and Salmon are all really good. A whole diff texture and of course taste then chicken. Mix it up gurl and enjoy! Hell as much as I like food I couldnt live on just chicken or even just steak. And I really really love steak!
