How are your workouts going sweettea?

Going great. Steadily moving up on weight and feeling good. I think I've posted everything except legs.
Today is push. Every Tuesday ad Thursday Doing met con and sometimes 10-20 minutes of stepmill afterwards...but very slow pace. Just because I'm only getting in 7 minutes of met con. Also every weekend I am doing one long walk (sometime shuffle) outside. Following the plan.

Did u get my questions about the pull ups? I might need a different explanation. My little brain needed more help. Do I put a chair or bench or something under the pull up bar? Do overhand grip right? I get the part about my back arched and neck back.

Squat
Warm up 90 lbs. 12
110 12 x2

Leg press
50 lbs 2 x 12

Calves
100

Alt leg lunges
15 dbl 2x 12

Straight leg deaf lift
40 bbl 2 x 12

OH gurl.....I would rather see you drop the stepmill. You dont realize what the 7 minutes is doing to your metabolism. MET CON stands for metabolic conditioning. Really and seriously only do the MET CON or do the stepmill but not both. YOU CARDIO NUT!!LOL.

Of you need to, to reach the bar yes. But if you dont need it to reach the bar then no way darlin.
Then you only give a little hop up, but you are still using your shoulders for the most part. Dont use your legs for the whole upward range of motion. Like I said just a littel hop at the beginning. Let me know if you need more explanation.
Do overhand grip right? I get the part about my back arched and neck back.
Actually you can alternate between sets if you wanna overhand/underhand. But either way focus your mind on pulling with your lats and mid traps.

100 Nice on this sweettea. You also wearing your high heels when you can? That really helps you ladies calves!

Sounds good to me..about 5 x 5. I will definitely go up next time on leg press. I have been so sore (for days) after doing legs that I kinda stopped goin up for just a bit. Really wanting to move up in weight some. Looking forward to push exercises today. I've gotten where I really enjoy doing the push exercises (used to not). Funny how things shift around.
 
How do you do SLDL? Sorry bout that...
