How are your workouts going sweettea?
Going great. Steadily moving up on weight and feeling good. I think I've posted everything except legs.
Today is push. Every Tuesday ad Thursday Doing met con and sometimes 10-20 minutes of stepmill afterwards...but very slow pace. Just because I'm only getting in 7 minutes of met con. Also every weekend I am doing one long walk (sometime shuffle) outside. Following the plan.
Did u get my questions about the pull ups? I might need a different explanation. My little brain needed more help. Do I put a chair or bench or something under the pull up bar? Do overhand grip right? I get the part about my back arched and neck back.
