I am new to powerlifting, not so much to weights in general, but I think that having a number goal to shoot for is more my style than just lifing to look good, etc. I have played a lot of sports and think that this is the best of both worlds. Could anyone reccomend some training literature to get me started, Id love to get started with a sweet program on monday. stats- 6 foot 181 dead- last time I checked 355, squat 305. bench 225.
