Hi Everyone...
I hope I'm posting this in the right spot. Im 23 yrs old and have been into wrking out since about age 16. Prior to the last few months I almost completley stopped wht training and just did cardio due to lack of time (Im a full time uni student and have 2 jobs). I have decided to get back into it (weight trainging) hardcore and I am considering possibly doing some fitness modelling and/or competing for a fitness competition (modelling). I think this will help me focus and really wrk towards my goals. I do live in Canada so Im not too sure about the different shows but I knw FAME is one that also has a category for fitness modelling.
A few question I have are...whats the best way to go about getting involved in some of these events or contacting an agency (if there one) for fitness modelling...and also what do they look for specifcally in terms of physique? I am very lean and I know need to gain a bit of mus wht b4 I do this but I need to knw what Im working towards. I am about 5'5-5'6 and only 110 lbs of pretty much all muscle. I look like I weigh alot more then that however b/c I am small boned and still have curves (I still have a butt and boobs but a small waist). Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!
