Me and a friend said that starting april 1st that we werent gonna eat any FRIED FOODS, BEEF, CHICKEN OR PORK FOR A MONTH. Basically helping with our cut down faze. The only problem is thats 75 percent of my diet so what is there left good to eat thats healthy besides the vegies, fruit and fish??? The thing is since i dont wanna lose MUSCLE OR STRENGTH just FAT. And i no beef is the best protein value out there. So please give me some ideas what i can eat to stay within the perimeters of our agreement

Why not keep the chicken and beef occasionally, don't see a need to drop high quality tissue proteins from a cutting diet where you want to preserve mucle and keep protein high..

I'd say forget about your deal, lol.... Alright, you can ditch the fast food, good step there. You could even ditch the red meats, but man keep those chicken breasts. They're a top-notch protein choice for people looking to cut. You definitely need food to be your primary source of protein, you cant just rely on shakes. I mean, you could just do seafood, alabeit tasty, but that would get expensive really quickly.

Other than meats, there's a whole world of healthy options for you: veggies, grains, beans, dairy, oats, nuts, oils, and occasional fruit. Why dont you head over to the diet part of the forum and get some ideas there.

Best of luck!

1) I've moved this to the Diet Forum, where I think it'll be seen by more people....

2) Cut out ALL processed, fried & junk foods

3) KEEP the chicken breasts, fish & beef 1-2x per week -- there is NO reason to exclude them as a healthy diet is a combination of different foods.....
