whats going on This may not be revolutionary but I havean idea for a new split while on cycle. Once a week just doesnt seem like enough. By day 5 after working something I just instinctively want to work it again and the nexy couple days waiting are hard. So why not try something new and train with what my instinst tell me while on gear and can recover more?
Current cycle is...Just started fina/winny in middle week 3
Week 1-11 700mg test cyp
week 1-9/10 600-700mg EQ
Week 3-10 75mg tren ED
week 3-10 50mg tt winny tabs ED
Its set up like this for a reason yes I know the fina and winny should be later and EQ should run whole time for clomid reasons but this is the best setup I could do for my current situation this post is about my new split not cycle just telling for recovery purposes.
Set up body part followed by number of sets then rep peramiters after. Changed version of light/heavy split but even on light days last rep to failure unless anyone knows better...
Day 1- Chest 9/Shoulder 9/tri 7.....light day 11-13 reps
Day 2- Back 9/ traps 7/ bicep 7.....heavy day 4-6 reps
Day 3- OFF
Day 4- Legs 8-6-6/ abbs..................moderate/regular- light+heavy
Day 5- OFF
Day 6- Chest 9/ Shoulder 9/ Tri 7.....heavy 4-6
Day 7- Back 9/ traps 7/ bicep 7........light day 11-13 reps
Day 8- OFF
Continue like this....4 days rest each bodypart
Considering doing a couple less sets and resting only 3 days...what do you think this is different that the once a week 6 day rest program
