Seems as though none of the ladies like clen or have anything good to say about it so I thought I'd ask the guys for some useful input. I already know about the shakes you feel because I've been through that part. I did the 21 days on,14 off(I start my second cycle on the 23rd) and I go to the gym every other day(when on the 14 days off)and everyday when on.I do cardio for 30 minutes. what weight training should i be doing? my mission is to rid cellulite on my legs and get lean. my avatar pic is a recent one but you cant see my legs unfortunately. help me out,guys...thanks :)

You should be doing basic exercises for all the body parts.
If you need assistance is setting up a program you may pm me.

I love clen,i'm on it right now actually. I lost 45 lbs with clen and trex. You should only run clen 2 weeks at a time then take 2 weeks off,run the clen for a total of 6 week's altogether. Take 3-5 grams of taurine per day also when on clen. I just put the powder in my water bottle, you won't even taste it. Eat right and do cardio and you should see good results with it. I don't know what type of dosages a women would use though, sorry.

I like Clen Also The Shakes are the worst part about it,however they will subside after a few days start with 10-12 mg and work up per week and see how that does.

clen works well with a very very clean diet and proper training/ cardio schedule... i know from experience :)
have u tried the diet thing on your own first? i know girls love their ice cream... blah, no good

It's not a miracle drug.. that people seem to think it is.. that's why no one seems to support it as a first resort.. it does work but noly when proper nutrition and training are in place..

I guess you can sit & argue all day about what worked or didn't work for you. The generally recommended approach is as sweed said -- 2 weeks on / 2 off, use the taurine. Adjust dosage based on your ability to handle the sides. I'll also add that I think estrogen has an impact on women's ability to respond to any diet / supplement / cardio / training effort compared to the same activities by a guy. That might be the difference in the comments between men & women. And based on that I think we ladies find that we need to be extra focused on diet & training to get the results we want in a timely fashion.

Training shouldn't change w/ use of clen. Probably the biggest consideration would be quality of sleep for recovery for training based on how you handle the buzz. Possibly you get winded easily if you are doing intense cardio.
